Digital:Convergence Corporation Names Eric Rayman Senior Vice President, Publishing

Dallas, TX, Oct. 9, 2000 — Digital:Convergence Corporation, a privately held Internet technology company headquartered in Dallas, announced today the appointment of Eric Rayman as senior vice president, publishing. In this position, Rayman coordinates and manages all publishing activity.

Rayman brings over 20 years of publishing experience to Digital:Convergence. Most recently, Rayman served as counsel to The New Yorker Magazine, where he was responsible for all editorial legal affairs. Previously, he served 14 years as vice president and deputy general counsel at Simon & Schuster, Inc., the largest publisher in the U.S.
